So are you thinking of affiliating with this wonderful site of ours? Please understand that if you are to affiliate with us, our sites need to be more then just links in your affiliate box. Friendship is very important. If we need any kind of help, I like to know that I can depend on the affiliates to help out and vice-versa. There are of course also some rules that you have to follow.
1&&. Banners MUST be 88x31. Affiliates will be denied if bigger or smaller. (Current affiliates do not count)
2&&. Your site needs to be active. We don't want any inactive sites that just take up space in our affiliate bar.
3&&. The only sites we affiliate with are sites that are rated PG-13 or under. No sexual or adult themed sites please.
4&&. Our banner needs to be up before yours. Our buttons can be found HERE.
5&&. If your banner has been denied in any way, I will announce so here and in your sites c-box.
6&&. If your banner has been accepted, I will announce so here and in your sites c-box.
7&&. Follow the code to affiliate with Silver Warriors. CODE

I have only static and marquee, so I don't know if static or scrolling is where you'd like to put me...? Maybe I can put you marquee, and you put me scrolling? (trying to make a compromise) I'm pretty sure that your static is full ^^
