Just thought I'd put this here so we can all keep the Clans' ancestry and rivalries straight, since they're apparently very easy to mix up. Trust me, these are accurate.
MoonClan - RiverClan - Brave and Loyal
Various physical abilities
Mainly gray and brown pelts
Detest NightClan
NightClan - ShadowClan - Proud and Noble
Brilliant at strategic fighting
Mainly dark pelts
Detest MoonClan
SunClan - ThunderClan - Fierce and Strong
Strong and skilled fighters
Mainly ginger pelts
Hate DayClan
DayClan - WindClan - Cool and Clever
Small and fast
Mainly light-colored pelts
Hate SunClan
DeathClan - BloodClan - Unruly and Savage
Completely unpredictable
Various pelt colors
Detest everybody, including each other

MoonClan and NightClan detest each other but are both unfailingly civil at Gatherings and avoid each other along the border; SunClan and DayClan hate each other's guts but don't go looking for trouble, DayClan being too sensible and SunClan being too proud. DeathClan... is DeathClan. |
