Clan:Sunclan
Description:Pretty is a word often placed onto this she cat. It's not too hard to see how she gets the name though, considering the colorings of her pelt. White, browns, tans, blacks. She has it all. White is the domonite color, brown being the next. Her white colorings are on her stomach, legs, striped around her tail, her head, neck, you name it. Basically everywhere. On her back, the white is only splotched on, as if a kid went a little crazy with the white, and just splotched the white along with the browns, and tans. But, the child has a degree in painting, because the fur coloring is very nice. Moving onto the browns, you can see in the part that draws me in the most, is the swirl of her brown coloring. Yes, there is a part where her brown fur coloring curls around the whiteness. There are many other parts of her pelt where the browns curl, but they are the main ones. Here, many different browns reside here, different shades, and some tans. Some would consider tan just another shade of brown, it's something that is answered only by the person.
Moving onto her tail. Starting from the part where the tail only starts, here you find the lightest colors. Well, after you look past the dark brown. Then, you get your lighter colors. The brown fades rather suddenly into into a vanilla tan, slowly fading into a white. The top part of Peachspot's tail takes longer to fade than the bottom. Then, you get a small section of brown, a very light color of the brown, and another section of white, and the pattern repeats two or three more times. Although the second time, and the third time have some tan added into it. And the fourth time, the pattern is broken when the light brown morphs into a darker brown, expanding to the edge of her tail tip, where a small dot of tan is encircled.
Her face seems to be fitted with a small mask, wrapping around her eyes, and including guards for her ears, as her ears aren't white. Rather, they are black. But her left ear, when she's facing us, ends in a tan tip. Her right one isn't like her left though. With the side of her face, brown resides here, and on the other side, the other side of her face is in the same pattern, almost. The brown ends at seperate places on either side. They just aren't symmetrical. Then, there is tan beside her eyes, and the tan wraps around under her eyes. Facing us, her right eye is has a long strip of dark brown, almost gray under it. Then, you leave the mask. Her eyes however, are left out of her mask. After all, a cat has to see, right? Well, anyways, her eyes are dark emerald green.
Personality:Peachspots isn't the most talkative around. She has a voice, but doesn't use it often. She's not mute, the female warrior just doesn't enjoy using her voice. She's sweet, but also reserved. I mean, if she wants, she could get to know a lot of others within the clan, she just chooses to remain quiet and reserved. But if another starts talking to her, she'll carry on the conversation quite easily. It's as if she has tons to say, but she doesn't allow the words to come out too often. The she cat also doesn't like fighting, and will avoid it if possible. But she knows how to fight, as all cats do. Hunting is where she strives though. It's something that she can do quickly, and quietly. Quick and quiet are the ways she likes things.
The female is also known for waking up real early, and just sitting around outside of the den and watch the ongoings of the camp. She also enjoys the scenic views. The sound of the birds chirping early in the morning are just some of the sounds she loves. Also, she has a strange interest in the sound of running water. If you ask her about it, she says that the sound soothes her. Her ears are very sharp, able to pick up sounds great distances away. Well, not too far, but often, she's the first to hear any noise, and other cats pick up a second or so later.
Being the light she cat she is, the female is able to stalk around without leaving others to know where she is. And she does this on purpose. When she's not watching where she treads, which she does often, she is still quiet. The female also startles easily though. Jumping at the sounds of startled birds, another clanmate sneaking up on her, or the sound of a battlecry from another clan. What spooks her out the most would have to be when an attack is launched. Often more times than not, the female cat will stand there, stunned for a few seconds. Then, by the time she's out of her stunned state, most of the time, she's on the ground, looking up at the cat who had pinned her.
Although this may make Peachspots seem like a slow learner, she's not. The female warrior picks up on things rather quickly. Tactic is the name of the game, in her opinion. To her battle is all about getting to know your enemies weaknesses. And strengths. Tactic is how the female usually fights in battle, as she's not the strongest around. And the fastest. Usually, at battle, when Peachspots fights, she corners her enemies, or uses a surprise attack. Two of her favorite maneuvers.
Just a few more facts about this character. When helping others, the female will correct you by showing, and nods of her head. Only when she can't get it through someone's head, then she will talk you through it. Simple commands like, "lower your rump," or "raise your head." Also, when she's sitting down, and you come up behind her, she'll say a few words. This is only at night though. Ok so she's strange, she's mine.
History:Peachspots was born to Spottedtail and Brownfur. Her mother, Spottedtail died while giving birth to her two kits, one being stillborn. Brownfur gave Peachspots the name Peachkit, and the she cat was given to a nursery queen by the name of Petalnose. Petalnose was a kind she cat, and was Spottedtail's sister. She was devastated at the death of her sister, but her kit hadn't made it, so when Peachkit was given to her, she vowed that she would take care of the kit, even if it was at the cost of her life. She owed it to her sister and her own stillborn kit.
Peachkit grew up in the nursery alone, often having to play with her Aunt. The she kit had fun as a kit, but like most (sane) kits, there came a time when she wanted nothing more than to be an apprentice. She was a quiet little one, often watching the camp from her spot in the nursery. Because of this, Peachkit picked up on the basics of warrior life fairly quickly. When she reached six moons, she was excited, but she didn't show it on the outside. She walked calmly through the gathered clan cats, hoping to make a good first impression. But on the inside, she was just about jumping out of her fur in excitement. She was just so happy this day had come.
Peachpaw was given the mentor Sagewhsiker, who was at that time thirty five moons old. Peachpaw was happy he was her mentor, as he was calm, collected, and kind. It shouldn't be too hard for the two to get along.
And it wasn't. The next day Sagewhisker took her to the borders, and taught her the smell of Dayclan. He told her they were their rivals, but it had seemed peaceful between the two clans. He told her to take a whiff of it, and keep it in her memories, because the next time she scented that scent again, it meant that a Sunclan cat may be close by. The tom then led her to the other borders and taught her the same thing. That was their first two lessons together.
Sagewhisker then taught her how to hunt, and the differences between the preys and different stalking techniques. The tom noticed how quickly Peachpaw picked up on these techniques. The she cat was quite the hunter in making, and Sagewhisker himself was a pretty good hunter.
When the female had learned every skill Sagewhisker had to teach the female, she was ready for her final assessment. The female was anxious about that, but Sagewhisker told her not to worry because she'd be fine. Turns out the tom couldn't have been more right. She passed with flying colors, and became a warrior.
At the naming ceremony, Peachspots was the only apprentice, but that didn't stop her. She became a warrior, her leader giving her the name "Peachspots".
After writing this bio, I've realized this was my third cat with the subfix "Spots", but she was a warrior I've taken from another site, so it doesn't count. Haha!
