The original Clans fell to disaster. The rivers were poisoned by the two-legs, the forests burned, all prey killed or escaped. Many were dead every day. More and more fell ill. Eventually, the Clans had dwindled to less than ten cats in each Clan. The leaders knew they had to do something. StarClan sent a sign to each medicine cat. What remained of the Clans were to move. To find a new home. The leaders, Rosestar, Lavenderstar, Cherrystar, and Daisystar. They were told to go and find a new home, to make new Clans. WindClan became CherryClan, the Clan of small, quick-pawed cats. ThunderClan became RoseClan, experts at hunting in the brush of the forests. RiverClan became LavenderClan, named after the flowers that grow close to their fishing grounds. And ShadowClan became DaisyClan, experts at hunting in the open. The four Clan leaders led their small Clans through many dangers, to a new forest that was almost identical to their old homes. DaisyClan took up the moorland, RoseClan took root in the forest, CherryClan took to the meadow, while LavenderClan took the space between the meadow and the forest, with a river running near the camp. In the spot where all four Clan territories met, there was a lake with a cave in the center. There was a small path of earth, connecting the CherryClan territory to the island. That was the Moonpool, the one place where the connection with StarClan was strongest. There was also a small place at the LavenderClan/RoseClan border, a place with four bushes. One was a rose bush, the other of daisies, and the third of lavender. Nearby was a tree covered with cherryblossom petals. That was made the Gatheringplace.

The Original leaders have long since passed on to Starclan. New leaders have taken up residence. The Clans have grown from a mere few members to plentiful. The Clans are thriving. StarClan is proud of it's new warriors. However, only time will tell how long this peace will last.
