Prefix Meaning: He has the will of a Tiger, and he was a massive kit.
Suffix Meaning: Paw; He's an Apprentice. Leap; Because of his sheer size and strength, he can jump far and high.

Description: Most cats would think that Tigerpaw would be a tabby tom of some sort with amber eyes that would remind most of the ancestor clan cats, Tigers. Most, almost all, are completely wrong. Tigerpaw was actually named after his bulky figure and determined personality. He has broad shoulders and large legs, complete with a strong torso. Muscle already bulge underneath his rippling pelt even though he is just out of his kit-years.

His pelt is actually surprisingly white, hence the name confusement. His fur is much like Doveflight's or Snowfur's, soft and glowing in the light and easily maintainable. On the right side of his head, he has a splotch of gray, covering his right ear and almost reaching down to overlap his eye. He also, strangely, has one small grey dot on his stomach, something very odd and out of place about him. His tail is is also grey, consisting of small almost unnoticeable rings.

His eyes are not a very charming aspect of the young tom. They are very light, a green-ish yellow-ish type of color. Some cats say they remind them of vomit (very pleasant) while others, more kind cats, say it reminds them of the color change betweens leaves during Greenleaf and Leaffall. Tigerpaw is truly massive, having almost grown to the size of a full Warrior at only 8 Moons.

Personality: Tigerpaw refuses to admit that he is wrong. Ever. Even when he knows it, he chooses to remain silent or walk away instead of confessing his mistakes. This makes him a rather boastful figure, someone whom you might roll your eyes at as he walks past. He enjoys mild mischief, but not the kind that would get him into too much trouble. He doesn't like trouble, he enjoys being praised for his good behavior.

Putting that negative aspect of him aside, he is a very lovable tom to be around. He would never harm anyone who didn't deserve it and he is surprisingly gentle around others even though he has a bulky figure. He is deeply devoted to his clan and any other friends he might have, which are many.

Even though he might not like to get into trouble, he loves to play and have fun with his sister who is his closest friend. They are often seen together, playing outside the Apprentice den or off on some duty that their mentors has assigned them. They are always together, day and night, hot or cold, sun or rain. Tigerpaw can't even think of the thought that his sister wouldn't be at his side. He is very much a protective older brother even though his sister is fully capable of taking care of herself.

Tigerpaw's greatest skill is beyond a doubt his fighting techniques and strength. He fails miserably (like seriously miserably, it's almost a bit pathetic) at hunting, mainly because he doesn't know how to quite make himself stalk quietly because he's so big and clumsy sometimes. And his white pelt sticks out like a sore thumb in MoonClan's green territory. He occasionally goes out hunting with Doveflight, and he's learned many tips on how to hunt more efficiently from his fellow white clanmate.

That brings up the topic of she-cats. Tigerpaw has an undying crush on both Doveflight and Lightningheart, something that his sister Jazzpaw loves to tease him about. He acts much like a foolish little kit around them, trying to constantly impress them with his skills (which usually ends up in failure since he can't focus correctly.) He's never actually entertained the thought of having a family or a mate for that matter, but he takes it for granted that he'll find someone someday. Tigerpaw is still too young to really understand 'love' correctly.

History: Tigerpaw is what most Warriors would call a pure blood clan cat. He would be the perfect example of a MoonClan apprentice, born in MoonClan to a normal family and growing up a very normal life. He should see himself as being lucky.

The tom was born to two loving parents in MoonClan together with his sister, Jazzkit. They were both pampered and spoiled just like kits should be but he grew up to learn the lessons of manners and responsibility that most cats need to know. At an early age, he was devoted to StarClan and the Warrior Code, something that his parents were always proud of.

There was of course the traditional act of trying to sneak out of the camp to go with the Warriors on patrols and such but he never succeeded in any of these attempts. One of the most exciting moments in his life was when he was made an Apprentice together with his sister. His pride grew when he was assigned Twinklefire, the clan deputy as his mentor! That was almost as good as having Dragonstar himself mentor him! He has never had more respect for anyone than he has Twinklefire, and it is his hope that he will one day make his mentor proud when he will receive his Warrior name and prove to Twinklefire and MoonClan that he is worthy of serving them as a loyal and excellent Warrior.
